The Marshall County Democratic Executive Committee is the governing body for Marshall County Democrats. Members of the Executive Committee are elected every four years during the midterm primary elections.

Members are elected from districts each district has one male and one female representative. Additionally, there is a representative from the Democratic Women’s Club, and several officers that do not represent specific districts.
