Congratulations to our 2026 General Election Nominees!

Marshall County Democrats would like to congratulate the winners of yesterday’s primary election who are now our Democratic nominees for the November 3 General Election! Our nominees are:

The District 1 Male race resulted in a tie between Arthur “Sonny” Oakland and Caleb Cumpston. Provisional ballots and absentee ballots that have yet to arrive may break the tie, if they do not the Board of Canvassers will resolve the tie.

We will have a number of vacancies on MCDEC that will need to be filled. More information will be forthcoming. District maps can be viewed here.
